Typical mallu. Joined school in 1978. Had an uneventful life till cl ix. Attended RD Parade at Delhi in 1982 and there on horrizons widened.  Took part in atheletics, X country, Basket ball, debates, exteporary speeches, dramatics and a whole lot of nonsense and adventure!!

What I am today, I owe it to SSG, our teachers and all students- jr/sr, who have helped moulding me. I must also pay regards to my parents for having me sent 3600 kms away to study enduring  financial difficulties and alowing me to continue all 7 yrs keeping faith on me!

Didnt get through NDA. Joined Army through CDS. Commissioned into the SIKH Regiment in1990, joined Army Aviation in 1994. Presently commanding an avn unit and flg 'Cheetah' helicopters.

Married to Usha Nair in 1996 and have two sons, 8 yrs and 5 yrs old.
