  1. OBA must organize a meeting soon at the school at Mornoi
  2. The particulars and contact numbers should be updated in the web site.
  3. OBA must mention to members attending such meeting to maintain the decorum and discipline of the house and not reduce the meeting to that of a social get together.

Organisation should be geared up by appointing Organising Secretaries district wise or zone wise.

  1. Register our org as a NGO. This will enable certain govt. sponsored projects to generate finances for the org.
  2. Approach local Army authorities to sponsor project under OP SADBHAVANA like Medical Camp etc. This will improve visibility and will enhance publicity.

  1. Construction of good building at the allotted plot of land. The plan should be prepared in consultation with the architects passed out from SSG. The plan should be placed in the website for any suggestions and to be approved by the next AGM.
  2. A ladies club or association may be formed with the families of ex-SSGians.

Meaningful mobilization of resources.

Regular publication of OBASSG monthly or quarterly Journal, a scheme to encourage meritorious students as well as some programme for weak students. OBASSG must have a POOR-AID FUND for those students who are economically backward (both regular & ex-students). Some constructive work 9social and cultural) which can have direct impact on society.

The committee is doing a good job. Keep it up. Yearly subscription may be increased to Rs 1000/-. And also One Day Pay for infrastructure fund. Also, if my name can be corrected in the add book.

Kindly to arrange OBA, SSG meeting at various districts of Assam if possible. Let us also change the venue from Guwahati to other noted places of Assam.

To do something for the promotion, settlement and confidence building of our OBA who are distracted and looking for some means and ways and yet hesitating, standing behind the veil in a dark room without any scope for pinch of light.

Try to employ the unemployed youths passed out of our school in any job as possible by any body who can give employment. Make a programme to ensure the unemployed youths of our school to connect our Executives easily.

We are the Association of Resourceful people. We have to identify the Resources and optimally utilize for the growth of our Association. We have to be more accountable to all those who are associated with us.

As heard at the discussion on the 12th AGM, the old students who were in the Armed Forces should come together to form a Coaching Centre type of thing to train the young generation to face the SSB and other entrance examinations so that most of our boys join the forces.

Let us inculcate a sense of togetherness amongst all our passed out cadets and work in unison to fulfill the purpose of our association. In depth networking should be carried out throughout the country and update the database and keeping everyone informed and connected. Organising frequent get together and motivate our ex-SSGians to contribute liberally in kinds or cash.
