We, on behalf of the editorial team of the OBASSG address book, would like to earlestly request you all to edit/update/add the deatils such as contact adress, phone numbers, occupation, e-mail address etc. and send them to info@obassg.com and /or iyde_assam@yahoo.co.in. The adress book of 2010 is attached herewith for your refernce. Moreover, all members can chip in to provide details of other members with whom they are in touch so that more and more OBAs are represented in the address book. Without your active support and inputs, it is impossible to make the address book a errorfree.
Let us make a promise to reach to all our members and make OBA even stronger.

needs a correction

I was the school captain and all round best cadet of 1982 batch and my Adm no was 947.My name was not included in the list of school captains in the OBA web site.For your information,Palash Choudhury was School Captain for three months and left for joining NDA.I was appointed School captain for the remaining nine months and adjusted the ALL ROUND BEST CADET for the year.I was the school vice captain prior to that.I had joined merchant navy in 1982.In the school board, both my and Palash's name are there for 1982.This needs correction

List of School Captains.
Dear Niranjanda,
Thank you for your words. I have taken the names from the list of the School Captains Board displayed at Dinning Hall. I do admit that there is mistake and will attend to it. The same has been communicated to me by Shri Nripendra Lal Baruah da, Add No 137 and now DGM, Union Bank of India, posted at Guwahati. We need to correct the list of School Captains board displayed at Dinning Hall of School. Will pass on the msg to school authority also.
