It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that the OBA meet at School has been scheduled on 8th Jan 2010 with a day long programme as suggested by the school authority. The requested evening cultural programme for members staying an overnight at school was denied for the pre board exam of class X & XII from mid of Jan 2010.

I would like to request all the willing members to attend the OBA Meet at school to send their name, add no, house and contact e-mail & mobile on or before 3rd Jan 2010 either at diganta@obassg.com or info@obassg.com or contact Sri Diganta Das, Add No 1444, Corordinator for the event at +91-9435190202.
Depending on the numbers of members, transportation will be arranged on the 8th Jan 2010 from Guwahati Club area, Guwahati to depart to school at 7.00 hours on 8th Jan 2010 sharp so as to reach school by 10.00 hours. The cost of the journey will be borne by the members on per member cost basis. Members may visit school with their families also for the event.
Those who plan to visit school for the event on their own, are also reuqested to send their names to the contact as mentioned above so that the actual numbers and the lsit of members can be intimated to the school authority on or before 4th Jan 2010 for proper management/ arrangement for the event by the school.
Members are also requested to send their willingness to participate in the events like Football match or Tug of War.
