1. Condolence on the memory of Late Manash Borah, an active OBA member, by observing one-minute silence.
2. Proposal for handing over a condolence memento to Dr. (Mrs.) Shehnaaz Rehman (Wife of late Manash Borah).
3. Responsibility of designing and completion of condolence memento is delegated to Jagadish Nath.
4. Nabaneet Mahanta is nominated as a co-opted member and is accepted by the house.
5. 10^th Aprlil, 2010 is decided as the tentative date for next AGM, OBASSG.
6. GS to write letter to members who committed contribution during the last AGM.
7. Convenors for the AGM-2010 organizing committee:

   3. Celebration of School Raising Day on 12^th November 2009. Coordinator: Monoj Bhattacharjee & Amar Jyoti Kakoti.
