# Shri Diganta Gogoi, GS, welcomes all, greets all on Holi and requests Wg. Cdr. (Retd.) Manoj Bora to preside over the meeting.
# The President accepts the chair
# The GS reads out the Minutes of the last Executive Meeting. The Minutes are accepted.
# As directed by the President, the GS reads out the Objectives of today’s Executive Meeting.
# There was discussion on the reasons for fixation of date of AGM for 10 April 2010.
# The President initiated the Discussion on the OBA Meet held at School in Jan 2010 and requested the GS to apprise the members present about the background of the Meet.
# It was decided that the members who went to the School for OBA Meet will pay back to the OBA their individual amounts for Lunch.
# The President initiates discussion on the venue for the next AGM and the members participate in the discussion.
# It is decided that the Souvenir Bridge 2010 will be released two days before the AGM, i.e., 8 April 2010 and Mrs Mamoni baideu will be approached for its Release.
# It is decided that the Hon’ble CM, Assam Shri Tarun Gogoi, Honb’le Minister of Health and Guwahati Development Shri Himanta B. Sarma and the GoC, 101 Area, Shillong and 51 Sub Area Commander will be invited as Guests.
# It is decided that Diganta Gogoi, GS, Rupam Goswami and Anirban Baishya will survey some select venues and finalize the venue for the Meet by 3 march 2010.
# Shri Partha Pratim Das has been entrusted the responsibility of organising the Cultural Evening.
# Shri Bichitra Sarma has pledged an amount of 10,000/- as ad in the Souvenir.
# A badge with the logo of our organisation will be presented to members and wives as door gift.
# Shri Ranjan Barpatra Gohain has been entrusted the responsibility of designing the logo and placing it before the Executive in the next Meeting. He is further asked to get the badges ready.
# Shri Nabaneet Mahanta has volunteered to get the Souvenir printed at his expense.
# It is decided that the next Executive Meeting will be held on 14 March 2010 at R. J. Junior College, Survey.
