Dear All,

After a prolonged, relentless summer, which has kept a lot of us confined to our homes and offices, it's time for the OBA of SSG, Delhi Chapter, to get back together and plan for the future.

On behalf of the President of the Delhi Chapter, I invite all of you for a meeting over snacks and beverages proposed for Sunday, the 11th of July. The venue, time, and duration of the meeting is being finalized and will be communicated to everyone soon.

I had the following agenda in mind to discuss during this meeting:
Initiation of formal procedures for chapter - affiliation formalities (with central body), registration formalities, bank account creation, etc. For context, please see the OBASSG amended constitution adopted at the 12th AGM at the following link: http://www.obassg.com/content/amended-constitution-adopted-12th-agm
Fund-raising plans - corpus as well as membership
Next get-together plans (basically with an objective behind it, thus "Making it Different")
Felicitation plans - Eminent achievements (personal or professional), teachers, meritorious students in different fields, etc.
Meeting plans for the Office-bearers: Frequency, calendar, and duration of meetings
Kindly share your initial thoughts on these agenda items. At the same time, I request everyone to let me know if you think there are other important topics we should take up for discussion. Also, kindly suggest if we could invite anyone other that the office bearers for this meeting.

I look forward to  everyone's esteemed presence during this meeting and hope this mail gives enough advance notice for everyone to plan for it. I will communicate the venue and time as soon as I am able to finalize it.
